Part 6 – Ease

It’s crazy how things suddenly feel wider and easier when you stop running forward. They really do. When you stop constantly planning things in your head and simply just look at what is here and now. It makes room for something new, something lighter, the space around you opens up. Suddenly it doesn’t make sense any more to even worry. Worry is created by the uncertainty held over the future. It’s not real. What is real is what you can observe now. In the now, I am breathing, I am alive, All is Well. Tomorrow doesn’t really exist in the now, so there is no need to worry about it.

I am discovering EASE.

Or at least easi-er. Real EASE will come along later in my experience. But for now, I am realizing that there can be more space to breath and that that openness is bringing along some sort a carelessness, or carefreeness would be more appropriate, and most of all, that there is nothing wrong with it. It’s freeing me from the limits I had set for myself before, I can BE in this new space. I can be ME. I can LEARN how to be me.
