Reiki is a form of alternative medicine that originated in Japan in the early 20th century.
The word “Reiki” is made up of two Japanese words: “rei” which means “universal” and “ki” which means “energy” and refers to the universal energy that flows through all living things.
This energy flow maintains balance and harmony in the body and mind. In today’s stressful way of life, which can gradually pull us away from ourselves, blockages are created and the flow of Ki is disrupted. This can lead to physical, emotional, and mental imbalances, which in turn show up in the form of illness.
As a reiki master, I can channel the reiki energy and allow the rebalancing of it, the release of blockages, and the opening of the energy centers (chakras). A reiki session, apart from helping release symptoms of energy imbalance, provides you with a profound sense of peace and well-being after the session.
The number of needed sessions varies from one person to another, sometimes one session is enough to unlock the issue that brought you to the reiki session, and sometimes more sessions are necessary.
Reiki is appropriate for all sorts of physical or emotional distresses, including chronic pain, stress, fatigue, or insomnia, and will guide you back to a balanced feeling of well-being.
Distance reiki is equally efficient as if performed in person.
