S premikanjem po verigi nezavednih vsebin in \u010di\u0161\u010denjem \u010dustvenih nabojev se metoda poglobi v nezavedno k bistvu problema in omogo\u010di:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#102847\">&#8211; Re\u0161evanje negativnih reakcij in neza\u017eelenih \u010dustvenih stanj<br\/>&#8211; Odstranjevanje ovir pri doseganju ciljev<br\/>&#8211; Izbolj\u0161anje kakovosti vsakdanjega \u017eivljenja<br\/>&#8211; Izku\u0161nja vi\u0161jih stanj zavesti in pospe\u0161itev duhovne rasti<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#a6c2c6\">Ve\u010d o metodi<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#a6c2c6\"><strong>Primarni cilj PEAT<\/strong> je <strong>sprostitev \u010dustvenih nabojev<\/strong> in pospe\u0161itev duhovnega razvoja.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#a6c2c6\">Metoda PEAT omogo\u010da integracijo globokih polarnosti ali nasprotujo\u010dih si elementov znotraj posameznika, kar vodi do dveh hkratnih koristi: izbolj\u0161ane kakovosti vsakdanjega \u017eivljenja ter pospe\u0161ene duhovne rasti.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#a6c2c6\"><strong>Izbolj\u0161anje kakovosti vsakdanjega \u017eivljenja<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#a6c2c6\">Na\u0161e te\u017eave so sestavljene iz potla\u010denih misli in \u010dustev, znanih kot &#8220;naboj&#8221;. Te potla\u010dene misli in \u010dustva se samodejno in kompulzivno aktivirajo v razli\u010dnih situacijah, kar vodi v ne\u017eelene reakcije, vedenja in rezultate. Za u\u010dinkovito re\u0161evanje problema je potrebno natan\u010dno dolo\u010diti in nevtralizirati vse relevantne nezavedne vsebine, povezane s problemom.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#a6c2c6\">Oseba, ki izvaja PEAT metodo, sistemati\u010dno krmari skozi vrsto nezavednih misli klijenta.<br\/>Z integracijo naboja se posameznik osvobodi kompulzivnih reakcij, misli in \u010dustev, kar ima za posledico dve pomembni koristi: prakti\u010dno (izbolj\u0161ana kakovost \u017eivljenja) in duhovno (ob\u010dutek popolnosti).<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#a6c2c6\"><strong>Po \u010dem se PEAT razlikuje od drugih, podobnih metod &#8211; Duhovna rast<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#a6c2c6\">Pomembno je omeniti, <strong>da je svet sam po sebi dvojen<\/strong>, vendar ta dualnost morda ni vedno o\u010ditna. Skozi \u017eivljenje \u010dloveka ve\u010dinoma \u017eene ena sila in pade pod vpliv bodisi te sile bodisi njene nasprotne skrajnosti, ne da bi se zavedal, da sta med seboj povezani in tvorita celoto. Ta kompulzivna igra je nezavedna. Ko pa je osvetljen prvi niz polarnosti, ki jih v PEATu imenujemo &#8220;osebne kode&#8221;, se lahko posameznik osvobodi nezavedne igre in gibanja iz ene polarnosti v drugo. Ta na novo odkrita svoboda omogo\u010da posamezniku, da izbere svojo smer in se premakne k eni ali drugi polarnosti na podlagi lastne volje.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-color is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"color:#a6c2c6\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ustanovitelj PEAT metodologije pravi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#a6c2c6\">&#8220;Najpomembneje je, da boste med obdelavo lahko odkrili in nevtralizirali svoje osebne kode. Njihova nevtralizacija za vedno re\u0161i va\u0161 temeljni problem. Ta postopek osvobodi vsakega \u010dloveka smrtonosne nadloge dvojnosti.
