Ce n&rsquo;est PAS quelque chose que j&rsquo;ai envisag\u00e9 auparavant. J&rsquo;avais l&rsquo;habitude de penser que tout irait toujours bien pour moi, d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re ou d&rsquo;une autre. Donc je n&rsquo;avais pas BESOIN de prendre soin de moi, ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas une priorit\u00e9, en fait, ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait m\u00eame pas un concept. Mon r\u00f4le \u00e9tait de m&rsquo;assurer que tout le monde allait bien, de fa\u00e7on plus ou moins efficace, probablement plut\u00f4t moins que plus, quand il s&rsquo;agissait des personnes les plus proches de moi, malheureusement. Mais je n&rsquo;en \u00e9tais pas consciente. Je pensais que je ne m&rsquo;en sortais pas trop mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#102847\">Mais maintenant, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, je me vois en danger. Et si mon corps me l\u00e2che et que je ne peux plus m&rsquo;occuper de mes enfants ? Ou pire : et si je dois \u00eatre moi prise en charge ? Qu&rsquo;est-ce que cela fait de moi ? Qui suis-je si je ne peux pas m&rsquo;occuper des autres ? Qui suis-je en fait ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#102847\">Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, je dois arr\u00eater de courir. Tout d&rsquo;un coup, je r\u00e9alise aussi que j&rsquo;ai v\u00e9cu la plupart de mon temps \u00e0 poursuivre un avenir sur lequel il y a maintenant un gros point d&rsquo;interrogation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#102847\">STOP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#102847\">MAINTENANT attire pour la premi\u00e8re fois mon attention. Que puis-je faire MAINTENANT si mon avenir m&rsquo;\u00e9chappe ? Je peux essayer de comprendre ce que mon corps me dit. J&rsquo;ai besoin de l&rsquo;\u00e9couter. D&rsquo;une certaine mani\u00e8re, je sais que la r\u00e9ponse est l\u00e0. D&rsquo;une certaine mani\u00e8re, je sais que j&rsquo;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 cela. Et si j&rsquo;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e7a, il doit y avoir un moyen de le d\u00e9cr\u00e9er.
